The Salsa Fresca food truck program follows the restaurant chain’s recent announcement of a franchise initiative, the goal of which is to create 100 new stores within five years.
The food truck will become a regular feature at special events throughout the New York and Connecticut markets, bringing Salsa Fresca’s own unique brand of freshness to area festivals, concerts and other community events. The truck will also be available for private events, creating an innovative concept for catering everything from festive private parties to casual wedding receptions, taco day at the office, or special corporate events.
